Ingredients:Chili pepper, salt, cumin, garlic, oregano, coriander, less than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.
Chili Light is just right !

I needed a Chili Powder that was not as hot as regular Chili Powder and this Chili Light was just right for flavoring my large pot of Chili. The heat started out very mild and the as you ate the chili the heat built up but not to the extereme.
