OK, so the sauce created isn't as tasty as melted Velveeta, but it's pretty damn good considering it's a powder. I've used this a lot, particularly in casseroles. I live in a country with minimal cheese (just not part of the food tradition), so I always stock up on this when I come home for a visit.

my family loves this cheese dip all you have to do is heat up some water and pour in the cheese powder and you have cheese dip for pizza or breadsticks or nachos its really easy
