Our chili recipe wins awards at chili cook-offs across the nation. Championship Chili Mix has just the right blend of spices to create a pleasant, but spicy chili. If you’re afraid of the heat it’s OK, we won’t judge you. For variety, serve several chilies made with other great American Spice chili mixes.
UsageUse 2 ounces for every 3 lbs of browned and strained meat - 8oz tomato sauce, 2 cups water and 1 can of beans. Simmer for 20 min. and serve. For milder, add tomato sauce and or meat.
