Usage:Sprinkle over meat, rub in, allow to sit for 1-6 hours before cooking.

I have purchased quite a few different jerk seasonings trying to imitate the jerk taste I experienced while in the Bahamas a couple of years ago. I tried this spice on a pork roast I cooked in a slow cooker and it was superb. This was most definitely the best jerk seasoning I have purchased so far. I will definitely be reordering when this runs low.
I also purchased the "Island of Fire Jerk Rub" but have not cooked with it yet but a "sample" taste leads me believe this will also be a very good jerk seasoning with more heat. I will be trying it on chicken soon!

With the habenero peppers it has a nice kick, with the rest of the spices it's a winner!

this product is sweet with a very bold spice, i really enjoyed it! it is extremely good on chicken I made some Caribbean jerk chicken pizza soo good!
