- For 5 lbs: Place 5 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 6.10 oz of water and 1.90 oz of Cajun Style Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
- As a Soak
- In a plastic or stainless container, dissolve 9.5 oz of Cajun Style Marinade Seasoning in 1 to 2 gallons of water (depending on desired strength). Marinate in refrigerator for 1-24 hours.
