  • As a Marinade
    • For 25 lbs: Place 25 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 30.25 oz of water and 9.75 oz of Butter Garlic Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
    • For 5 lbs: Place 5 lbs of meat in a vacuum tumbler. Add 6.05 oz of water and 1.95 oz of Butter Garlic Marinade Seasoning. Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
  • As a Soak
    • In a plastic or stainless container, dissolve 9.75 oz of Butter Garlic Marinade Seasoning in 1 to 2 gallons of water (depending on desired strength). Marinate in refrigerator for 1-24 hours.
