Usage:

Can be used dry when baking for a richer flavor. Or add 4 tablespoons to 1 cup water and mix. 1 1/3 CUPS (3.2 OZ.) Dried Milk PLUS 3 3/4 C. (30 OZ.) WATER. (BEST IF MIXED IN WITH A BLENDER.) MAKES 1 QUART LIQUID MILK.

Best tasting powder milk

I was surprised at how much flavor this milk has. I must be the fat they leave in. The other powder milks I've tried taste like water.This milk reminds me of the milk I drank as a child, when they delivered it from the dairy.
