The vinegar powder has solved a lot of problems for me. People say it is to salty, but I don't use a lot of regular salt in my recipes and this satisfies that taste. Thanks to those who said they use it on popcorn and french fries. I forgot about those ideas. We don't use hardly any salt at all and this will be great. Will have it on hand all the time.

I should have paid closer attention to the ingredients. I was misled by the name "Vinegar POWDER", and thought this would be a very tangy powder substitute to liquid vinegar. It does have a nice flavor, but is was too salty for me. In fact, to get the amount of tang that I would prefer, I would not ever be able to tolerate the saltiness. Perhaps I will be able to use it on popcorn or some other thing down the road.

I have only had the product a week. Food testing is very limited to be fair to the product. I do wish it was a little more tangy.

We are very happy with the vinegar powder. My grandchildren love vinegar on their popcorn but it was always soggy :o( Using the powder solved the problem. We are discovering many other food to put it on; vegetables, french fries etc. Great stuff!
