Pickling Spice Mixed Whole
A blend of mustard seed, allspice, red pepper, cloves, and other spices. Most popular for making pickles, but also a nice rub for pork roast or making a great corned beef.
Usage:
Use 2 tsp. per quart jar for pickles. Sprinkle several teaspoons over a pork roast for wonderful flavor, simply brush off the spices before serving.Ingredients:
