First found the sherry pepper sauce as so many have while in Bermuda. Not a real on fire sauce person but Outerbridge's sherry pepper sauce adds so much. Even a simple glass of V-8 juice that I dose with ground pepper gets a splash of sherry pepper cause. I can imagine what it would do to a Bloody Mary. I make my own version of gaspacho this time of year with all the tomato's cukes, onion, red peppers etc. in goes the sherry sauce. I even make a terrific "Taco Soup" (secret recipe) ;-) but I will admit there is room for sherry pepper sauce.

We discovered this sauce in Bermuda in 1992 and have enjoyed it since. It has the snap of sherry and spices, but very nicely blended so that the flavor is not drowned out by the peppers. Very good in sauces, soups and the like.
