A staple spice for my kitchen

This is a staple spice for my kitchen. I use it on almost everything...sauteed chicken, turkey sandwiches, popcorn. It has no heat, but a somewhat sweet flavor - compliments other spices and flavors well, especially salty.

I was a little disappointed with this rub I expected a more authentic Indian taste but it still added a sweet taste to my meal which i enjoyed.
