Our dill weed is the finest domestic available. We do not import our dill weed, as domestic is far superior containing higher volatile oils and a brilliant color. Dill has a dominant personality and a well-rounded tang. The leaves are used in salads and as garnishes, while the stronger tasting seeds are used whole or ground in longer-cooking recipes. Dill is delicious with fish, lamb, pork, poultry, cheese and adds flavor to salads and vegetables.
