Ras Al-Hanout. This spice mixture is a signature ingredient in Moroccan cooking. Ras Al-Hanout means top of the shop and contains more than 25 ingredients including cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, chives, ginger, allspice, black pepper, turmeric, cumin seeds, cayenne and lavender. We've left out the Spanish Fly for obvious reasons.
