Brown Sugar Poultry Cure (7.26 lbs)
Brown Sugar Poultry cure can be used for pumping into a bird or cover pickling. This product comes with the cure.
Usage:
Mix seasoning and cure with 5 gallons cold water,mix thoroughly. To pump: pump poultry with above solution that weights 10% of bird. You can also use it as a cover pickle solution. Cover Bird with mixture, let it overnight before going to smoke house.Ingredients:
