Usage:Mix with catsup and vinegar. 12 oz catsup, 1 oz vinegar to 2 oz bbq mix.
Ingredients:Chili pepper, salt, sugar, paprika, onion powder, spice, garlic powder, mustard

I used this rub for a Boston Butt and a few racks of ribs and I must say it is delicious. I went ahead and bought the Chef's size and it was not a mistake. This will get used for just about anything that can use rub.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it's a little salty. But when used sparingly it seasons very well.

I've used this as a rub for on beef ribs, pork ribs and even mixed in brown sugar and used for smoking a pork shoulder after a mustard coating. I've made the sauce out of it too, and really like it - two thumbs up for verstility and authentic bbq taste!
