A Cajun style blacken seasoning with just a touch of added cayenne pepper.
Usage:
To blacken meat mix into a 'paste' with clarified butter, or olive oil. Coat meat with paste and place on VERY hot cooking surface, preferably a cast iron skillet.Ingredients:

This is one of the best tasting spice blends that I have ever tried. Sure, it will give you a nice blackened coat on fish, steaks, and anything else you apply it to. But even if you choose to use it just for flavoring, it is wonderful. Just a touch of heat but incredibly flavorful. Highly recommended
