13 Bean Soup Medley (Bulk, 16 oz)
We have blended our 13 best selling beans into a Bean Soup Medley. This is very colorful and makes a great gift when packed in a Ball Mason jar with a little bit of calico on the top. Most importantly it is great when cooked with a ham hock or in your favorite bean soup recipe. No MSG!
Usage:
Wash 1lb beans, place in pot cover w/water add 2tbsp salt, soak overnight. Drain add 2qts water, 2 ham hocks, boil add 1 lg onion, 16oz tomatoes, 1tsp Chili Powder, Lemon Juice and Black Pepper to taste. Simmer 3 Hours. Yields 4 QtsIngredients:
